I have lost 40 pounds over the past six months, including a 5lb drop from my body shape.
And the reason I have it?
My new body shape has made me happier.
I am now more confident and happier in my self-esteem, as well as being more fit.
The transformation has taken place while I was still trying to fit in my new body, and while I still struggle with some issues relating to my body.
I have also learnt to deal with the stress of the transition by focusing on being in control of my body, rather than worrying about how it feels.
This, in turn, has made life easier.
I used to have to be in control and I was worried about my body – which I know I can control.
Now, I am happy, confident and fit, and I feel better about myself and my life.
What are the benefits?
First, my body feels more present.
I no longer feel stressed about what my body looks like.
It also makes me more aware of my overall health and body shape, as I am no longer so anxious about how I look.
It has also made me more confident, which I think is really important for a lot of people.
For example, when I first started losing weight, I used the word “fat” a lot.
But now I don’t say that when people ask me what I am eating or what I’m doing, I know it is because I am getting healthier and happier.
Second, my confidence has improved.
It feels so good to be confident in myself.
I feel like I know who I am and I know how I should look and feel, and now I am able to express my self better.
I can also express myself more freely.
This has given me the confidence to do what I enjoy most, which is playing music or reading a book, and it has also been the reason why I am more confident around my friends.
And third, I have found that my body shapes are a lot less important than I thought.
I now see myself as a more confident woman who is proud of her body.
These three things together mean that I am happier and more in control, as my body is now showing me who I truly am.
I also feel more confident in my own body and my health.
I could not have asked for a better start to my journey to losing weight.

I thank my body for giving me the strength to do the work I need to get back into shape and be happy again.
