We’re in Denver, Colorado for the Broncos’ first preseason game of the 2016 season, and it’s been one hell of a week for us.
The team’s been preparing for the game with a workout program for the entire team.
That included a workout for wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who had surgery last year.
He had some pretty incredible workouts in the days leading up to the game.
In addition to the workout, we’ve had several players train on a full-court basketball court, a stationary bike ride and even a few hours of yoga.
In Denver, it’s the same routine that was used by the Denver Nuggets last year, which led to a win over the Miami Heat in the second round of the playoffs.
So, we’re in the gym every day to make sure we’re ready for the season, especially with the team coming off of a win against the Memphis Grizzlies.
There’s always a good chance that we could be in a lot of the same positions that we were last year at the end of the year.
We’ve got a few big names that we haven’t seen much of since that win over Memphis, like Emmanuel Mudiay, Tyreke Evans and Kenneth Faried.
I know a lot is on the line, so I thought I would take a moment and let you guys know about some of the other guys that we’ve seen this year.
I would also like to thank my teammates and coaches, the trainers and everyone else at the training facility.
We’re so excited to be back on the court for this preseason.
The first preseason home game of this year is Thursday, July 9, against the Utah Jazz.
We’ll have a full coverage schedule on BleacherReport.com this week, so be sure to tune in for the best coverage of training camp you’ll see.
