Chris Evans is getting all the attention from the world over.
The actor is the star of the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron and has been an internet sensation since the movie hit theatres last week.
But what about his body?
It’s not quite as pretty as it looks.
Evans’ body shape, in fact, is one of the most striking and visually striking body shapes in existence.
And he’s not alone.
The Shapely Body is a website that features videos, photos and other images of people who are happy with their bodies, according to the creators.
“What we like to do is to focus on people who share a common goal and we want to highlight them.
People who want to share the beauty and happiness in their bodies,” Shapely owner and creator Emma Bower told CNN.
In the video above, Evans shows off his shapely body.
He’s not the only star to share his joy with the world.
Jennifer Lopez recently posted a video on Instagram of her husband’s latest look.
“I’m glad we’re all in this together, and I hope you all love it too, and you can share it with your friends and family,” she captioned the clip.
This is why I love you guys, the actor told his husband.
His body looks so good, right?
It certainly looks better than he ever did when he first appeared in the movie.
And with this shapely look, Evans is showing off his newfound confidence.
“The only thing that’s changed is that I have more confidence in myself.
I’m able to put my clothes back on, and it’s a lot easier to keep them,” he told CNN, adding that he now doesn’t worry about getting wrinkles.
The website even offers a few tips to help you get the look you want.
First, try to find a body shape that’s not too big or too small.
“For example, a medium-size is usually a good size to go for.
A small-ish is OK.
But if you don’t like your own shape, you can always try a more curvy shape,” the site says.
The most important thing to remember is to try and achieve the shape you like.
“Always find a shape that feels good.
You can do that with any body shape.
But try to be as natural as possible,” Shapelys creator explains.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t experiment with different shapes to see what you like best.
If you like something a little less round or rounder, try experimenting with different body shapes.
“That might be more your own body shape,” Bower says.
Another way to find out how your body is looking is to find your BMI, which is a measure of your body mass index.
“This is a weight that you’re at if you’re overweight and it tells you how healthy your body really is,” Bowers says.
If it’s over 30, you’re obese, and if it’s under 30, it’s normal weight.
“If you’re just a little overweight or obese, that’s probably because you’ve had too much food or exercise.
If the BMI is under 30 or just a bit overweight, then you’re healthy,” Bows says.
But be careful not to get too big.
You shouldn’t expect to lose weight just by looking different.
“You should not be trying to go from a little bit smaller to a big thing,” Boes says.
“It might look good for a while, but it’s going to take a lot more work to get there.”
So how do you keep your body shape healthy?
Bower suggests exercising regularly.
“Just doing normal activities, which will make you feel better,” she says.
She also suggests doing more cardio exercise.
“There’s so many different things you can do to help your body maintain its shape, it doesn’t matter if it has an extra 10 pounds or something like that,” Bow says.
